If you purchase a handbag repair package and you are located in the UK you can choose either:

Collection & Return Service

We use Parcelforce to collect and return your bag, the cost of the collection and return are included in the price. If we are unable to collect or return your bag at the time agreed any future collections or returns will be charged for.

Product + Handbag Package Delivery

If you purchase a handbag repair package and a product from our e-commerce shop within the same transaction, we will send the products that you have purchased back with your newly restored bag.

Returns

Should your package be damaged in transit you need to let us know within 24 hours. Please supply photos of the damaged packaging.

If you are unhappy with the work that has been carried out you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt by email including photos of the areas of concern.

If we are found to be at fault we will endeavour to repair and/or alter the Item to your satisfaction at our cost. In all circumstances, this will be the first course of action. Where the item has to be returned to us for this purpose, we will reimburse your costs of dispatch with evidence of a valid receipt/invoice.

Returns are made at your expense, although we may waive this responsibility in certain circumstances.
