A full clean for the interior of your handbag, this treatment includes a full interior vacuum and cleaning of the fabric or leather. Please note: we cannot guarantee full removal of stains from fabric interiors. Some leather interiors can be rectified with colour. We also offer lining colour changes to cover up those stubborn stains.
We developed this treatment specifically for the crumbling linings that are commonly found on older handbag styles. The crumbling surface is completely stripped off and the underneath lining is then dyed to your chosen colour. There is the option to dye the underlying fabric to a darker colour after the top layer has been stripped. See Lining Dye. Please note: any logos printed/stamped onto the lining can be compromised with this treatment. This can be bought as a stand alone treatment.
Spillages happen... and quite often these can contain oil or grease. Spillages from food, perfume and cosmetics can leave a large, unsightly dark stain on your leather handbag. This treatment will aim to extract the oil from the leather. Please note: this does not guarantee to fully remove the stain so further stain removal treatments may be required after this treatment. This treatment must be purchased alongside a Full Clean.
An effective mould removal treatment that cleans the mould and kills the spores to ensure they don’t return. If the mould has damaged the leather underneath then restoration work may be required after this treatment.
To eliminate nasty or unwanted smells such as cigarette smoke, musty odour, food spillages, perfume leakage etc. This treatment works on all types of leather and fabric. Please note: Odour Removal can be a lengthy process, so it could increase the turnaround time (depending on the severity of the smell). This treatment must be purchased alongside a Full Clean.
To bring up the natural shine of metal work and hardware. This treatment will clean off any surface dirt, but it does not bring back any colour loss or tarnish to the metal itself and it will not remove scratches or permanent marks in the hardware.
Our Ink Removal process can mainly be achieved on finished and unfinished leathers. With this treatment, we aim to extract as much loose ink on finished and unfinished leathers as possible and then carry out a Colour Touch Up on the affected area, to eliminate any discolouration or colour loss caused by the ink. A Full Clean is required alongside this treatment.
Dye Transfer is a common issue we see, but it can be easily rectified on finished and unfinished leather. This treatment includes extraction of any loose dyes from the leather and a Colour Touch Up on the affected areas to rectify any discolouration. A Full Clean is required alongside this treatment. We recommend adding on a Stain Protection to help prevent future staining.
Stain Removal is required for any stains that will not be removed by a Full Clean alone for finished and unfinished leathers. Colour correction is carried out on finished and unfinished leathers to the affected areas only. Perfect for problems such as liquid staining, water leaks, food or drinks spillages and paint splatters etc. A Full Clean is required alongside this treatment.
This treatment is perfect for finished and unfinished leather items suffering with a small amount of colour wear to the corners or items which have suffered from colour loss to a small specific area. If colour wear or loss has affected multiple areas on the item, a Colour Restoration treatment may be required instead. A Full Clean is required alongside this treatment.
For all over colour loss on finished and unfinished leathers. Our specially trained technicians will colour match the leather to the original colour and restore the overall colour of the handbag. The perfect treatment for rectifying sunlight damage, colour wear, colour fading, discolouration and all over staining etc. In some cases when the colour is too worn, we may suggest a Colour Change. A Full Clean is required alongside this treatment.
Designed for the restoration of pure aniline leather, which is commonly found on Louis Vuitton handbags. This treatment will concentrate on the staining and darkening of the leather, aiming to even out the colour and remove any discolourations and liquid staining. A Handle Degrease is recommended as an add on treatment for dark handles. Please note: this treatment does not guarantee to restore vachetta back to its original colour. A Full Clean is required alongside this treatment.
The leather in Chanel straps can become discoloured, worn looking and sometimes even look a completely different colour to the bag itself. This treatment is recommended alongside a Full Clean and Full Colour Restoration, to bring your Chanel bag back to looking great again. This treatment includes fully unthreading the leather from the chain, a Full Clean to the leather strap, Colour Restoration to the strap and Re-threading. Please note: this does not include colour restoration to the hardware itself.
Linings can become faded and grubby. Sometimes they are so badly affected by ink the only option is to dye the lining to black. This can be done with our specialist suede and fabric dye so whether your lining is suede, pig skin or fabric we can dye it to black to conceal the stains and give you many more seasons use.
The Piping on a handbag can often become worn and even be exposed with use. This is quite often on the corner of a bag, but it can sometimes lead up the side or around the bottom of a handbag. The leather around the piping, is repaired and filled to strengthen the area. This treatment is charged per exposed area. Please note: this is not a full piping replacement, as we do not replace piping. A Full Clean is required alongside this treatments.
A treatment for finished and unfinished leathers, to smooth over any holes that have gone all the way through the leather or which have been caused by a burn. The severity of the damage can affect the success of the treatment and it is not always possible to carry out a completely invisible repair. For holes on the corner piping see Piping Repairs. This treatment must be bought alongside a Full Clean.
Due to the use and wear of handbag handles, the rubber edging along the seal of the handle can often become cracked and wear away. The new Handle Edging treatment can match the original colour of the edging and replace all damaged areas, leaving your handles looking fresh. This treatment must be bought alongside a Full Clean. Please note: in some cases a Handle Degrease may be required if handles are affected by grease.
Edging or Inking as some call it, can be an intricate detail on your handbag. This can be found around the handles, along the top of the bag, around the tabs and sometimes along the sides and bottom. When edging becomes worn and cracked, it can look very unsightly. This treatment will colour match to the original edging and rectify all damage and cracking to the overall handbags edging. A Full Clean is required alongside this treatment.
Leather can easily become damaged with day to day use and the surface can often become rough and scratched. This treatment includes the repair and smoothing down of any surface damage on the leather. Available on finished and unfinished leathers. A Full Clean is required alongside this treatment.
