How to use:

Dermo Protect only needs to be used once every couple of months (depending on usage of your bag) In the interim if you maintain your bag with The Handbag Spa Everyday 3in1 this will keep the protection topped up whilst cleaning off any surface dirt that may have built up over time.

Remember this product is a prevention but is not a cure for already stained handbags. What it is doing, is protecting your leather from absorbing harmful substances such as dye, oil and liquids. Should any of these come in to contact with the leather they will need cleaning off! When this product is used correctly then you will have no problem cleaning off any of these handbag disasters! If it is an emergency we recommend you try The Handbag Spa Handbag Cleaning Wipes for On The Go cleaning.

Simply spray  the Dermo Protect product on to a clean cloth and apply to a full panel at a time. This product WILL darken unfinished leathers but don’t panic! it will dry back to the original colour not altering the look, feel or finish in any way.

Caution: Keep product away from children. Possible irritation to skin and eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical advice.

Should your package be damaged in transit you need to let us know within 24 hours. Please supply photos of the damaged packaging.

If you are unhappy with the work that has been carried out you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt by email including photos of the areas of concern.

If we are found to be at fault we will endeavour to repair and/or alter the Item to your satisfaction at our cost. In all circumstances, this will be the first course of action. Where the item has to be returned to us for this purpose, we will reimburse your costs of dispatch with evidence of a valid receipt/invoice.

Returns are made at your expense, although we may waive this responsibility in certain circumstances.
