Sensitive Cleanse

Sensitive Cleanse is a superb gentle leather cleaner, formulated specifically for the more sensitive leathers.

Perfect for cleaning unfinished and lightly finished leathers such as Vachetta, Aniline, Micro Pigment and Lambskin.

When it comes to unfinished leathers such as the Chanel lamb skin or the popular veg tanned leather by Mulberry a traditional foam based cleaner simply won’t do. This is because the delicate leathers can be so absorbent they suck up the product as soon as it hits the surface not allowing you to do any cleaning. Because of this we have specifically designed Sensitive Cleanse for unfinished leathers which is a thicker solution that sits on the surface for longer allowing you to clean off that day to day dirt build up. This is a non-surfactant, water based cleaner.

How to use:

We recommend you use Sensitive Cleanse every couple of months depending on how often you use your bag. You can maintain in between deep cleans with The Handbag Spa Everyday 3in1. Remember, ALWAYS protect your leather after cleaning. We recommend Dermo Protect for the ultimate protection against oils and dye transfer.

Simply spray on to a clean cloth and apply to the surface of the leather making sure you apply to a full panel at a time. This product WILL darken unfinished leathers, (do not panic!) it will dry back to the original colour not altering the look feel or finish in any way. Do not spot clean. For stains we recommend sending your handbag to The Spa for professional removal as this product will not remove stains from leather.

Caution: Keep product away from children. Possible irritation to skin and eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical advice.

Should your package be damaged in transit you need to let us know within 24 hours. Please supply photos of the damaged packaging.

If you are unhappy with the work that has been carried out you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt by email including photos of the areas of concern.

If we are found to be at fault we will endeavour to repair and/or alter the Item to your satisfaction at our cost. In all circumstances, this will be the first course of action. Where the item has to be returned to us for this purpose, we will reimburse your costs of dispatch with evidence of a valid receipt/invoice.

Returns are made at your expense, although we may waive this responsibility in certain circumstances.
